What’s been happening:

I was working as a road design engineer for the US Forest Service in Montana in 1961, when I was among the first group of volunteers selected to serve in the Peace Corps in Tanganyika (now Tanzania). I met my future wife there and we married in 1966 while I was working in Tanzania on road construction with Louis Berger, Inc. After our fourth child was born in 1972, we settled down in Gardner, MA where I served for 29 years as City Engineer before retiring in 2001.
